TÉRMINOS GENERALES
- No dibujaré: Porno u actos sexuales, arte de odio, Mecha (debatible), ships con pedofilia/zoofilia/incesto.
- Las comisiones se realizan en orden de pedido.
- Si estas condiciones cambian, se avisará LUEGO de hechos los cambios a través de mis rrss.
- Tengo derecho a rechazar su comisión sin dar explicación.
- Puedo imitar (o acercarme mucho) a los siguientes estilos de multimedia:

- El modo de trabajo es:
1- Recibido su pedido, empezaré a hacer el primer boceto.
2- Terminado este boceto, el cliente lo recibirá para hacer las correcciones correspondientes. (Este boceto viene con marca de agua.)
3- Una vez se corrija el dibujo (si es necesario), mostraré al cliente este nuevo boceto (con marca de agua) y procederé a hacer la obra final.
- Lo que reciba al final del trabajo dependerá de su orden:
Comisión estándar: Dibujo completo en gran calidad, en las medidas que pida el cliente, sin marca de agua, con firma del autor.Íconos animados: El o los íconos en un solo tamaño, decidido por el cliente.Hoja de referencia: Dibujo final en alta calidad con fondo blanco (.jpg) y transparente (.png), con y sin líneas de guía, de medidas pedidas por el cliente.Todos los resultados serán en png. y .jpg (en caso de imágenes) y en gif. (en caso de animación).
- No puede ser borrada la firma del resultado final, ni la marca de agua de los bocetos.
- El tiempo de entrega del primer boceto es aproximadamente de una semana (días hábiles).
- El tiempo de entrega del producto final es aproximadamente de tres semanas (días hábiles).
- Los tiempos de entrega podrían variar dependiendo del contexto mundial o personal.TÉRMINOS DE PAGO
- El pago se puede realizar solo vía Paypal.
- Usted puede realizar el pago en cualquiera de los dos casos:
1- Una vez hecho el pedido (antes de comenzar el primer boceto)
2- Luego de haber visto el boceto corregido.
- No comenzaré con el producto final hasta recibir el pago.TÉRMINOS DE REEMBOLSO
- Solo habrá un reembolso total si el cliente decide no seguir con el trabajo antes o después de ver el boceto corregido.
- En otro caso, no se dará reembolso.TÉRMINOS DE USO
- Los derechos de cada producto que produzco son conservados por mí. Me está pagando para crear una imagen, no para transferir sus derechos.
- Puede usar el producto final solo para uso personal (es decir, sin fines comerciales, sin hacer dinero con su uso).
- Si el cliente lo permite, usaré el producto como ejemplo para futuras comisiones (con marca de agua, el original solo con la firma quedará solo para usted).
- Si el cliente lo permite, subiré el producto a mis redes sociales (con marca de agua, el original solo con la firma quedará solo para usted).Si usted pide una comisión, asumiré que leyó y aceptó estos términos.Si está interesado en una comisión, necesitaré la siguiente información:
- Tipo de comisión.
- Descripción del contenido de la comisión (donde está el personaje, que está haciendo, etc...).
- Referencia del físico del personaje (foto, descripción o ficha).
- Descripción breve de la personalidad del personaje.
- Descripción del fondo (foto o descripción).
- Medidas (en píxeles) de su comisión (Esto es en caso de que desee medidas específicas para que el resultado sea un ícono, fondo de pantalla, banner, etc).
- ¿Tengo su permiso para publicar el dibujo en mis redes sociales y/o usarlo de ejemplo?
- ¿Cuando prefiere enviar el pago?

GENERAL TERMS
- I will not draw: Porn or sexual acts, hate art, Mecha (arguable), ships with pedophilia/zoophilia/incest.
- The commissions will be made in sequence of order.

- The working mode is:
1- After placing the order, I will start with the first sketch.
2- Finished the first sketch, the client will receive it do doing the correspondent corrections. (This sketch will come with watermark.)
3- When the correction is ready (if required), I will show to the client this new sketch (with watermark) and I will proceed to start the final job.- What you receive at the end of the job depends on your order:
Standard Commission: Complete drawing in high quality, with the measurement asked by the client, without watermark, with author's signing.Animated Icons: The icon or the icons in one size (1), decided by the client.Character Sheet: Final product in high quality with a white (.jpg) and transparent (.png) background, with and without guide lines.- Every job will be in png. and .jpg (pictures) and gif. (animations).
- You cannot erase my signing or the watermark in my sketches.
- The presentation time of the first sketch is approximately one week (business days).
- The presentation time of the final job is approximately three weeks (business days).
- Presentation times may vary depending on the global or personal context.PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment can only be made by PayPal.
- You can make the payment in either of the two cases:
1- Once the order is placed (after doing the first sketch).
2- Before doing the corrected sketch.
- I will not start the final product until I receive payment.REFUND TERMS
- There will only be a full refund if the client decides not to proceed with the job before or after viewing the corrected sketch.
- Otherwise, it will not be refunded.TERMS OF USE
- The rights to every product I produce are retained by me. You are paying me to create an image, not to transfer rights.
- You can use the final product for personal use only (that is, non-commercial purposes, without making money from it).
- If the client allows it, I will use the product as an example for future commissions (with watermark, the original only with the signing will remain only for you).
- If the client allows it, I will upload the product to my social networks (with a watermark, the original only with the signing will remain only for you).If you ask for a commission, I will assume that you have read and accepted these terms.If you are interested in a commission, I will need the following information:- Commission type.
